The Social Work program prepares students for careers in the helping professions and will allow students to complete a portion of their transferable Social Work education. This program will also help those already employed in the field to enhance their knowledge and skills. In addition, students will be provided with several personal/interpersonal skills needed to live healthy lives and deal with the stressful demands of daily living.

Mr. Jeff Kellogg is the Classified Employees鈥 appointee. He has professionally specialized in Educational and Facility Master Planning and State Reporting and Accreditation Compliance for California community college districts over the past fifteen years. Born and raised in Long Beach, and, following his days as a student at LBCC, he attended the University of Oregon, earning his Bachelors of Science Degree.
