Office of School and College Articulation
The Office of School and College Articulation is responsible for:
- Coordinating course articulation between º£½ÇÉçÇøand the California State University (CSU), the University of California (UC), and the independent California Colleges and Universities and Out-of-State Colleges and Universities
- Development and maintenance of the General Education Plans (a.k.a., the ABC guides)
- Maintenance of º£½ÇÉçÇøarticulation data in ASSIST which is the comprehensive online student-transfer information system
- Maintenance of Independent California Colleges and Universities and Out-of-State Colleges and Universities
- Posting of Curriculum Guides/Programs of Study, List of Degrees and Certificates, and Associate of Arts/Science, and Associate of Arts/Science Degrees for Transfer
- Maintenance of external exams chart for AP, IB, and CLEP
- Maintenance of data and submissions for C-ID articulation requests
- Maintenance of agreements for Transfer Evaluation System (TES) by College Source
The Articulation Office also provides support for students and faculty:
Students: Assistance with resolving articulation conflicts for existing articulation agreements with CSUs and UCs, providing º£½ÇÉçÇøgeneral education information or course descriptions and/or course outlines of record (CORs) from previous years.
Faculty: Curriculum development support for prospective general education courses or transfer-level courses or C-ID articulation.
