The Long Beach College Promise
FIRST TWO YEARS FREE AT LONG BEACH CITY COLLEGE
Incoming LBUSD high school graduates who enroll at 海角社区in the Fall semester immediately following graduation from high school are eligible to have their enrollment fees covered for two years. Students must meet eligibility criteria and complete a participation agreement (deadlines apply).
Vocation Nursing Application Period
The college admits students into the Vocational Nursing Program twice a year in October and March.
Pre-requisites include Biology 60 - lecture, pharmacology (VN 225/ADN 225).
Starting Fall 2014 all students must have a current C.N.A. certificate and writing proficiency met for graduation.
* VN240 Mental Health class is not a pre-requisite, but is highly recommended to complete while finishing other pre-requisite courses.
