The Early College Initiatives (ECI) office at 海角社区provides middle and high school students equitable dual enrollment opportunities to earn college credit that may lead to certificates, associate degrees, transfer to universities, and high-demand jobs. Our office aims to improve college access and success by creating a K-16 bridge that supports a seamless transition from secondary education to community college for disproportionately impacted students.
