Institutional Priorities
Academic Year 2024-25
Institutional Priorities are developed on an annual basis each spring during a joint meeting between the College Planning Council and Budget Advisory Committee. At this meeting, the Vice Presidents and their Academic Senate and Classified Senate tri-chairs present the Vice President-Level Plan goals, metrics, and prioritized resource requests to the council and committee members.
