EOPS Mutual Responsibility Agreement (MRA)
The EOPS Mutual Responsibility Agreement聽(MRA) lists the things all EOPS/CARE/NextUp students are responsible for following and adhering to in order to be in good standing with the program and receive all the benefits and services the program offers. It also lists the benefits that students and services EOPS students in good standing are eligible to receive.

The Diagnostic Medical Imaging program at 海角社区 is dedicated to providing high-quality education and clinical practicum to qualified students. It is responsive to the diverse needs of the local medical community. It specializes in the education and training that lead to entry-level employment as a competent, ethical health care professional, and an Associate of Science Degree. The Medical Assisting program prepares competent Medical Assistants with cognitive, psychomotor, and affective learning domains to enable them to perform entry-level administrative and clinical tasks in a physician鈥檚 office.
The Physical Sciences program offers lower division courses that provide an understanding of physical science concepts and thus permit students to transfer to a baccalaureate degree program in various physical science majors.
The Music program at 海角社区 is designed to provide students with the technique and repertoire for a successful audition into a university major program, and the coursework necessary to complete core academic courses required for a lower-division major program. The curricular components needed to achieve these goals are music theory, musicianship, piano, and the applied performance program, which requires an audition for entrance into the program.
The History Department offers an Associate in Arts in History for Transfer Degree which provides students with a fundamental knowledge of historical events, literacy, and thinking. Upon completion of the degree, students will also gain the knowledge, skills, civic engagement abilities, and cultural sensitivity that will allow them to be successful as citizens in a multicultural society. Furthermore, this degree supplies students with a basic understanding of what it means to be a historian.
Extended Opportunity Programs and Services (EOPS) is a state funded community college program that provides 鈥渙ver and above鈥� services to 海角社区 students from social, economic, educational or language disadvantaged backgrounds. The program supports enrollment, retention, transfer of students, and helps facilitate the successful completion of their educational goals.

The Computer and Office Studies (COS) Department offers courses and tools to assist students to succeed in today鈥檚 technologically driven society. Students interested in computer science and innovative technology can choose from various programming, software development, and network administration courses. Classes in office administration, data management, and website creation are available for those interested in business or looking to grow in their current position.
