How to clear your browser cache

Choose your browser below and follow the instructions to clear your browser cache.

Chrome

1. In the browser bar, enter: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
2. Select the following

  • Browsing History
  • Download History
  • Cookies and other site and plug-in data
  • Cached images and files

From the drop-down menu, you can choose the period of time for which you want to clear cached information. To clear your entire cache, select the beginning of time or 鈥淎ll time.鈥�
3. Click the 鈥淐lear data鈥� button.
4. Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.

Firefox

1. From the 鈥淗istory鈥� menu, select 鈥淐lear Recent History.鈥�
2. From the 鈥淭ime range to clear:鈥� drop-down menu, select the desired range; to clear your entire cache, select 鈥淓verything.鈥�
3. Next to 鈥淒etails鈥�, click the down arrow to choose which elements of the history to clear; to clear your entire cache, select all items.
4. Click the 鈥淐lear Now鈥� button.
5. Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.

Microsoft Edge

1. In the top right, click Hub icon (looks like 鈥溾�︹��) and click 鈥淪ettings.鈥�
2. Under 鈥淐lear browsing data鈥�, click the 鈥淐hoose what to clear鈥� button
3. Select the following then click the 鈥淐lear鈥� button.

  • Browsing history
  • Cookies and other saved website data
  • Cached data and files

4. After the 鈥淎ll Clear!鈥� message appears, exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
