For first use, always spell out the name followed by the acronym in parenthesis, then use the acronym throughout the remainder of the document. 

Example: 

The Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses (10KSB) headquarters is hosted at º£½ÇÉçÇø (LBCC). The 10KSB program serves successful small businesses that are ready to grow.
