The following is a list of official acronyms used at Long Beach City College. Please note this is a living document and content maybe changed or revised on a continuing basis. For first use, always spell out the name followed by the acronym in parenthesis, then use the acronym throughout the remainder of the document. 

Example: 

The Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses (10KSB) headquarters is hosted at º£½ÇÉçÇø (LBCC). The 10KSB program serves successful small businesses that are ready to grow. It is part of the º£½ÇÉçÇøCollege Advancement and Economic Development (CAED) department that focuses on workforce and business development.
